Registration for the 2012-2013 School Year

Thank you for your interest in Woodinville Toddler Group. Below please see registration start dates for current students, alumni, and new students:

Current students: February 6

Alumni: February 11

Open Enrollment: February 25

Class Requirements

• Classes are for parents with children 9 months to 35 months as of August 31, 2012.
• Wobblers class is for parents with children 9 - 21 months as of August 31, 2012
• Parent and child attend a 2-hour class together, once a week.
• Parent participates in in-class parent education every other week.
• Parents must attend an orientation meeting in September.
• Classes run September through June (breaks typically follow the Northshore School District calendar).

• Wednesday 11:15 - 1:15 class is for parents with children 9 - 21 months as of August 31, 2011
• Parent and child attend a 2-hour class together, once a week.
• Parent participates in in-class parent education every other week.
• Parents must attend an orientation meeting in September.
• Classes run September through June (breaks typically follow the Northshore School District calendar).

Class Schedule

* The Family Class is for a toddler 24-35 months of age with an infant sibling under 12 months of age as of August 31, 2011.  The Family Class is also for parents who are expecting a child during the school year and would like to bring their infant over 12 weeks old to class with their toddler.

** A Family Option is reserved for three slots in this class and is for families with a toddler 12-23 months of age and an infant sibling under 12 months of age as of August 31, 2011. These family slots are also for those parents expecting a child during the school year who would like to bring their infant over 12 weeks old to class with their toddler.

Registration Process

Below you will find all of the steps necessary to enroll in Woodinville Toddler Group.  Please follow the directions and complete all forms and payment to register.

1. Forms:

If you are a current student, you may drop your registration at the school during your regularly scheduled class time.
If you are not a current student, for our children’s and school safety, please do not drop your completed registration at our school location.  Mail forms and payment (if not using paypal) to:

2. Lake Washington Institute of Technology Registration Form

• Place check marks in all 3 boxes for Fall, Winter & Spring Quarters.
• Do not fill in the Student ID Number section.
• Fill out all sections with the parent's information.
• Do not fill out "REQUESTED CLASS SCHEDULE (ADDS or DROPS)" but DO sign and date the bottom left hand side where indicated.
• Complete not only the front but the back of the form too (even if you are a returning student we require this each year).
• LWIT requests your social security number - please write your SS# in the lower left corner of the front page.

3. Fees

2011-2012 Fees

• Reservation fee: non-refundable, one-time yearly fee of $90.00 to reserve your spot in the class.
  A family pays only one reservation fee – including families with twins or a family with different children enrolled in different classes.
• $121.00 per quarter tuition payable three times per year ($132.00 for family slots and $182.00 for siblings)

2012-2013 Fees

• Reservation fee: non-refundable, one-time yearly fee of $100.00 to reserve your spot in the class.
  A family pays only one reservation fee – including families with twins or a family with different children enrolled in different classes.
• $132.00 per quarter tuition payable three times per year ($143.00 for family slots and $198.00 for siblings)

Fees can be paid using PayPal (go to "Online Payments") or by making a check to WTG.
